Memphis (fwiw), Georgia, and WashU via email. Heard from WashU on a Wednesday the week after interviewing. Scholarship offer via email the next day.

Found out about Vandy by obsessively hassling FedEx on the day the status checker showed "Decision Mailed." ("You have one package arriving via Express" "Is it 6 pounds?" "Excuse me?" "IS IT 6 POUNDS?!?")
