Extra Curricular Information

Transferred from JMU to UMich my sophomore year, so my listed GPA is cumulative. (3.92 @JMU and [email protected])

President of two clubs, one of which I am a founding member.
Very involved with the philosophy department; I have advising positions and some honorary titles under my belt.
Editor for an undergraduate journal.
Worked as an RA for a year.
Shitty job experience, with one summer internship at a D.C. firm
Congressional internship
97th percentile of my graduating class
Eagle Scout

**Advice to future people in my position:**

1) RETAKE. I have enough funding for law school outside of scholarships, which makes these options enough for me. If I did not have this money, I would try to score at least a 170 on the LSAT and go to a T10 school with at least $120k.

2) Write more "Why X" essays. I only wrote two, and I guarantee you this explains three of the waitlists.

Did you write a "Why Berkeley" essay? I'm surprised you got waitlisted!

I did not write a "Why Berkeley" outside of the optional supplement included in the normal app.
