I really don't have very good softs. I have two part time jobs, one of which is a waiter. However, I think my personal statement was good. My phone interview with Dean Post went quite well. I wrote two additional essays. I do some volunteering. My situation was this: poor grades led to bad job prospects. Therefore, I tried to make everything else as perfect as possible--LSAT, volunteering, additional essays, really good interview, etc. Ultimately that's what tipped the scales.
