Additional info & updates

UofA offered full tuition. I withdrew because I didn't want to live in Tucson.

BYU originally offered $5000/yr with the usual stips (top 1/3 keep 100%, middle 1/3 lose half, bottom 1/3 lose all). I was able to negotiate this to $6000/yr with no stips.

ASU originally offered $40k. I negotiated this to $55k, then to $65k.

Ended up picking ASU because I plan to practice here.

How in the world were you rejected from Utah?

Probably yield protection. They were right, anyway; I only applied to Utah for additional scholarship leverage at the other schools.
