Scholarship awards are over 3 years.

12/01/09- Waitlisted at Minnesota today via e-mail. I guess that is better than being rejected.

12/3/09-Rejected at UIUC, expected. Admitted to Michigan State with full tuition scholarship via status checker and phone call.

12/4/09- In via e-mail and status checker at Indiana-Indianapolis. Can't complain about the decisions this week. 2 acceptances, 1 waitlist, 1rejection.

12/7/09- Received a small envelope from Marquette today, thought it was a rejection but it turned out to be an acceptance letter with more info to follow. I would love to attend Marquette, family is close, but I am going to need some scholly money to help with the large tuition.

12/12/09- Received Scholarship letter from Indiana-Indianapolis. $20k year, renewable with 3.3 or higher. Also received large packet from Marquette with additional info.

12/16/09-Accepted at Drake today, along with an $18k/year renewable scholarship.

12/17/09- In via snail mail at Universtiy of St.Thomas. $10k/year for 3 years, only stipulation is to remain in good standing, 2.0 or better.

12/23/09- Received large packet from LSU with Acceptance letter. No scholarship info, I was told they would send out scholarship notifications in January.

1/7/10- Rejected at George Mason, which was expected. Held for 2nd review at Florida State, Florida, Iowa, and Case. Decided to register for LSAT in Feb so I can get my score up.

4/3/10- I have heard back from everyone and must now make that tough decision. I have withdrew from everywhere but Florida State and Michigan State (its hard to pass up a full ride, and MSU's open house was very good). I am still praying to come off the waitlist at Minnesota, but that is the only waitlist I am waiting on. Made my first deposit at Michigan State because it was due 4/1 and the FSU acceptance didn't come unitl the 23rd of March. Need to visit FSU before I make the final decision, which I plan on doing sometime in the next two weeks. Unless Tallahassee is terrible and I don't think the family can bear it, I will choose FSU. Overall I think it was an o.k. cycle. I wish I could have broken into the top 30, which still might happen if Minnesota calls, but overall I am satisfied.

You ever figure out why you got rejected from Quinn? Its a fairly worthless and overpriced institution, but you, me and another guy should have gotten in comfortably, and were rejected (or wait listed).
