Although, I have been WL'd and then rejected, I do think visiting the school, sending an updated resume, perhaps an additional letter of recommendation will definitely help you. I did not do this with Valpo but I did with Stetson. I added some additional info to my application to CUNY while I was still pending and now I am in! Perhaps be very specific about why you are drawn to that particular school. Best of luck!

Visit the school. Show them that you want to go there and will if they accept you. Letters of intent also work.
