I'm so surprised you were waitlisted at Duke!

I was surprised as well. However it may be because I did not write the why Duke essay. Schols have to yield protect because of the silly US News ranking system.

LSAT

Can I ask what preparation you did post LSAT#1 & LSAT#2. All your scores are good but 14 points is a real jump! Congratulations!

Took the first LSAT without any preparation whatsoever. Prior to the second one I worked through the LSAT Trainer and parts of the Powerscore Bible books while I was working full time. My PT's were averaging in the low 170's but I just had a really bad day and scored the 164. So I decided to retake in December. Didn't study much outside of a couple more practice tests and then went and performed on the real thing and scored the 171.
