2/3 - Email from the University of Michigan! (my top choice). They offered $15k/year ($45k total)

2/10 - Accepted to North Carolina via e-mail. $15k/year offer.

2/27 - Phone call from American Univeristy WCL. Offered a PIPS scholarship (full-ride). Deadline is April 1st, which is super early. I have visits planned all throughout April. Calling on Monday to ask for specifics on this deadline.

Wow, you must have a great application and you're hearing back so fast. I am beyond jealous. Best of luck the rest of the way! I put a USC app 5 days later and mine has not even been put under review. I have similar stats. :(

Thanks! I haven't heard anything about finances yet for USC, so we'll see. I have heard that they don't typically offer a ton of aid, and my 164 is below their average. Their e-mail to me said that they send scholarship packets out toward the end of January / early February. Good luck with your apps! I check my e-mail every 30 minutes it feels like, LOL

Congrats on your cycle so far! Impressive results! Question: Did you submit additional essays beyond the standard personal statement for Univ of Michigan?

Yes, I did both optional essays for Michigan! I think they give you six or so to choose from.. I did "Why Michigan?" and then the one about explaining a discrepancy in your application (I explained my lower LSAT score because I knew that it was a weakness in my application, given that their median is so much higher).
