I jus thad the same thing happen with GW. Withdrew my application weeks ago (never received a response) then suddenly scholarship money opened up (only offered need-based before).

Chalk it up to either poor communication or low deposits, I guess? It would have been nice to be able to use this offer earlier in the cycle.
