Additional info & updates

Scholarships are three-year totals. Submitted applications with 167 but retook February LSAT and improved to 170 halfway through cycle. Also, I took the LSAT 4 times (!!!) and it doesn't seem to have made any negative impact on my cycle.

------------------------------------167 LSAT-----------------------------------

12/15/11 - First acceptance at W&L, plus $$$! This is a great option :)

12/19/11 - WL at UVA...this is the best that I reasonably expected to do, and knew I wouldn't have a chance at w/out an ED. Hopefully retaking the LSAT in February will get me in!

1/19/12 - Had my group interview tonight at Georgetown, such a good experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who has the opportunity. Left in a good mood and was in an even BETTER mood when I got home and opened my acceptance letter to George Washington!

1/20/12 - Admitted to GMU via phone call! Admission package to be sent on Monday, hopefully the good news keeps rolling!

1/23/12 - Under review at Duke. Hopefully they will hold out for my February LSAT score.

2/1/12 - Stunned. IN AT MICHIGAN!!! I can't even believe this, so looking forward to ASW!

2/2/12 - Dun dun dun...decision mailed at Vanderbilt!

2/6/12 - In at Vandy!!! I got so nervous after not getting my black box FedEx package on Saturday...but it was there waiting for me when I got home on Monday! I didn't think I had much of a shot because I didn't interview (due to submitting after 12/1), I really can't wait for ASW :)

2/9/12 - Address "expanded" on Georgetown status checker. Apparently this means they're getting ready to mail me something...an acceptance, maybe???

2/13/12 - In at Georgetown via Admitted Students Website!

3/5/12 - $75K at Vandy! Now I just need my February LSAT score so I can negotiate for more $$$!

3/6/12 - WL at Duke. Hopefully I'll get better news from LSAC soon...

------------------------------------170 LSAT-----------------------------------

3/7/12 - 170 LSAT! Sent updates to everyone and UVA called me within hours to tell me I was in off the waitlist! This was my top choice from the beginning, I could not be more excited! Oh yeah, WL from Duke came in like 2 hours before my score was released. Whatever.

3/11/12 - Just checked Michigan's mail & money section on admitted students site and saw 18K/year!!! Will let UVA know about this if I don't get anything with my admission packet.

3/26/12 - $90K at GW! Hopefully this will help me squeeze something out of GULC.

3/31/12 - Reserved at Cornell. Didn't put any thought into my "Why Cornell" and it probably showed. I'm not terribly surprised or upset about this.

4/4/12 - Cycle is officially over! $15K/year at UVA, although I would have likely paid sticker anyway.

@airbear1012 - Thanks so much! I definitely am having an amazing cycle, could not be happier with the outcome so far! Never been to Ann Arbor, but can't wait to visit! @sandwiches5000 - Thank you, numbers twin! I'm so excited for both of us! Also going to the second ASW, I hear that's when all the cool kids are going (and maybe Ann Arbor is slightly warmer)!
