Hey, were you given a scholarship to Whittier? I have basically the exact same numbers and applied a couple days later. Thanks and good luck on the rest!
Just got the response today by email. I guess the scholarship follows soon? We are just about the same numbers, if I am around 18000 like you for first year I will def consider going there. Did they say how you can renew that scholarship? Like certain percentage in the 1L class?
When you got a decision from Southwestern did your status checker say decision pending? I wasn't really sure what to make of that phrasing.
How did you get 54 k from Whittier, I thought that they give out first year scholarships and you must stay in certain percentage for the rest of the scholarship for year 2 and 3

I hear ya, 84k is pretty awesome. What's your reason for passing on La Verne though? Have you contacted/visited the school? As for me, at this point it's likely between GGU (for the location) and La Verne (for the generous $$$), but I'm still hoping for the best from the rest of my schools.
