Jan 9 - In at William and Mary via status checker! First acceptance!

Jan 10 - In at NYU!!!! I'm in complete shock

Jan 14: Waitlisted at UVA. Ho hum.

Jan 15: In at Emory with $$$!

Feb, 3: IN AT COLUMBIA!!!! (Letter dated Jan 29!)

Feb 4: Preferred waitlist at Georgetown. Meh. They had actually been pretty high on my list but I'm not about to complain with the good fortune I've had so far!

Feb 8: Rejected by Yale. First school rejection ever...Stings for a number of reasons but it's okay because I know God's plan for me and apparently I won't need Yale law to make it happen :)

Feb 11: In at Cornell!

Feb. 13: In at Michigan!!!!

Mar. 1: WL at Penn If it wasn't meant to be it just wasn't meant to be. Funny enough it's all my original top choices that have WL'd me. I guess God has other plans :)

Mar. 22: Quite the emotional roller coaster today - Rejected at Harvard but In at Duke! Still believe God will point me where He wants me so it's all good :)

Final update: Will be attending NYU on a full ride! Cycle over and I couldn't be more pleased! Can't wait for August :)

I actually applied fairly early on in the cycle but I didn't go complete until the day before my acceptance.

For NYU, I found out via status checker and then got a phone call later on confirming it.
