ADDITIONAL INFO & UPDATES

*Scholarships are per year*

1/27 - Penn St U Park: Full tuition scholarship. No conditions.

2/01 - Mitchell Hamline: Full tuition scholarship. Includes summer and J-Term classes. Must keep a 2.2 GPA

2/03 - U Kentucky: My application was put on hold for further review. This caught me by surprise as my GPA is above their 25th percentile and my LSAT is above their 75th percentile.

2/09 - St. Thomas: Received acceptance via status checker. I am waiting on scholarship info via snail mail.

2/10 - St. Thomas: Received a 90% scholarship with no stipulations for all 3 years. Will send an email for scholarship reconsideration.

2/13 - Michigan State: Received a 50% scholarship with an extra $15,000 for the first year (essentially a 63% scholarship). Will email for scholarship reconsideration.

2/14 - New Mexico: Accepted via status checker. Scholarship awards will be sent out later this week.

2/15 - New Mexico: Awarded $5,000 scholarship per semester. Would be considered for in-state tuition after the first year.

I've negotiated with other schools, but the stipend was out of the blue, no negotiating. I attended an open house/Accepted Student Day and I guess that everyone I met with talked highly of me (according to the email, not my thoughts or words), so they extended the offer. Still a bit shocked, as I am at their LSAT median -- just with some years of work experience tacked on there.
