University of St. Thomas sent me a very pretty Christmas card and a T-shirt. Is it sad that I was impressed by this?

Mississippi College: I'm stupid and somehow screwed up on my application, stating that I had a criminal record or something (which I don't. I marked yes instead of no) so they can't look at my application until I send in a letter explaining the situation-or in my case explaining it never happened, I'm just stupid. Don't you want me in your school now? GRR!!!

Faxed in a letter to Mississippi College telling them I'm not really a convicted felon. Can't help but feel that I blew my chances there.

1/7/08: Acceptance letter from Univ. of Maine School of Law. Was a little worried as it was a slim envelope. Also recieved notification from Seton Hall that I was on a waitlist. Ah, the sting of the first rejection. Not going to lie it hurt a little bit even though I only applied there bc of the free application, but still. Doesn't bode well for my chances at some of the other schools.

1/19/08 Checked my voicemail and had a nice message from the dean of admissions at Mississippi College telling me I was accepted. Glad they didn't look upon my stupidity with the application as a sign of my (lack of) intellegence.

Recieved a waitlist letter from Stetson. Kinda suprised by this one as I was above their median LSAT by several points. Guess the GPA killed me, but it was in a hard science and the supposedly take that into consideration. It seems that's total BS and they just look at the GPA, not what school you went to or your major, etc. I guess I should have chosen an easier major.
