Applicant Information

Gustavus Adolphus College

Demographic Information

5-9 Years

Extra Curricular Information

- 8 years in the workforce post-college
- Attached an addendum explaining reduced overall GPA and interruptions in academic study

** Scholarship amounts are for all three years **

- Received email notice from Thomas Jefferson w/ ABA disclosure regarding the school's probation along with my acceptance. Also showing admitted via online status checker. Scholarship is guaranteed full tuition. I am not surprised (they are very upfront about their scholarships based on GPA/LSAT.)
- Accepted to University of Baltimore via online status checker. Email followed with scholarship info: $15K/yr plus a single $10K grant for being an out-of-state student my first year

Accepted via email to Belmont with 50% tuition. Scholarship renewable contingent upon maintaining a GPA in the top 1/2 of my class.

Accepted to CUA via email, detailed offer letter is coming in the mail. Anxious to see if I qualified for any scholarships!

CUA sent scholarship info via email ahead of their letter; $28,083/yr, renewable provided that I remain "in good standing." Comes out to a little over half tuition, I think.

- Accepted via email and status checker with American University! Waiting for scholarship info to follow.
- Accepted via email to Kent. Scholarship came with email and is nearly full tuition.

AU sent an email with their scholarship info. $30K/yr; renewable contingent upon maintaining "good academic standing." Waiting on my official offer letter to probe any further.

Accepted to Drexel via email. Scholarship is essentially full tuition as it is right now, but does not increase with the cost of tuition in subsequent years. Renewable provided I remain in "good academic standing."

- Received waitlist notification via email from W&M.
- Richmond notified me via snail mail on 3/20 that I was waitlisted, but my family is terrible at distributing mail, so I did not see it right away. :) Going to the mailbox myself from now on.
- Rejected via online status checker from W&L. Not upset about it at this point, and I'm just relieved to know. My cycle is almost over!

- W/D from TJSL, CU, & AU. Time to narrow choices down.

- Showing accepted to Seton-Hall with a decision date of 4/10. Offer and scholarship info are being sent via mail.

@Meganm0403 I'm truly not sure at this point! I'm a bit under the gun as I finished getting my softs together late. It will depend a lot on scholarships and financial aid. I hold out hope for Dickinson, but I'm not sure where I stand this late in the game.
