3/18--Appalachian accepted and sent scholarship info within a week of receiving my application.

3/18--Pacific has sent me a couple emails about "working with me for the next few years." I assume I'll be accepted there.

3/24--I logged into the Miami website and it said I was admitted. No scholarship yet. I will probably hold out for FSU.

3/30--My mailbox had three large packets. One was an acceptance and scholarship from Capital. I will be withdrawing promptly.
Another was an acceptance from Tulsa. I will be withdrawing this week. I only applied to these two schools because of the fee waivers.
The third was the acceptance from Miami.

3/31--I got a call from the Dean of Loyola in Chicago to tell me I am accepted. I think I might choose Chicago over Miami. I'm more likely to be able to transfer to a great school after my first year. Still waiting for FSU. It's a long shot at this point. I guess UF thought it would be fun to admit a hundred fewer students. Now FSU can be more exclusive.

4/1--I got my financial aid info from Miami. They are offering me no scholarships. I think it's because I applied so late in the cycle. Unfortunately, I am unwilling to pay sticker(61k with room, board, etc.) at their school.

4/2--Acceptance to Mercer in my inbox today. The status checker still says "in review." Unless they offer me money, I'm going to go to a different school. Also, junk mail from Florida Coastal.

4/3--Withdrew from Miami. No scholarship? No thank you. Unfortunately, applying this late has precluded me from getting money from some schools.

4/4--Acceptance package from Loyola. They are giving me a 4,000 dollar scholarship for each year. Not a lot, but better than Miami.

4/6--Acceptance from Ohio Northern in my box--yawn. They are sending me scholarship info. Withdrawal to follow.
