It's official! I've sent my seat deposit into OU. My husband got his orders to Tinker AFB (that's what we were waiting for to make the OU/KU decision). We are buying a house in Norman, and really looking forward to living there!

Packet from Nebraska arrived today. A little surprised that they are offering no scholarship $ even though I got great offers from Kansas and Oklahoma, and they are similarly ranked.

Got my Oklahoma box with scholarship info. $10k renewable for three years, plus $1500 single year scholarship. Decent offer. Still waiting to hear from Davis.

Got a call from Southwestern to set up an interview, since I applied to the SCALE program. Still not a peep from Davis or Nebraska. For as quickly as Kansas turned around a decision, I guess I'm a little spoiled. Kansas and Oklahoma are still the frontrunners. I'm going to an open house at Oklahoma this week, then going to make a visit to Kansas next month some time.

Busy day! It's been about an hour since my email from KU came (it was accompanied by a voice message, I missed the call while at work) and now I get a call from OU that I am in! Scholarship info will be in my packet in the mail. Awesome!

More great news! Admitted to Kansas with full scholarship, renewable for all three years. Drops to $10k (about 50%) if my GPA falls below 3.0.
This is really giving me something to think about.

Got my letter in the mail from Santa Clara today, $10k scholarship offered. Even so, I'm pretty sure it's the most expensive school I've applied to. That said, it's so far the only one I'm in at, so still the front runner.
Finished and submitted my app for Nebraska today, also checked status at other pending schools. Southwestern is listed as "under review," Davis is "in progress" and Kansas is still listed as "incomplete" even though on the next line it says they got both my LORs, so I'll take that as some kind of still processing. Nothing new from Oklahoma... so still holding my breath there.

Woohoo! My first acceptance, to Santa Clara. The status checker says my decision letter was mailed yesterday, so I'm guessing I'll have to wait until it arrives to find out about scholarships.
Super excited about this one, and hoping its the start of a trend. This also puts me at ease in waiting for other decisions.
On that note... my file is complete at OU, got an email today that I will have an answer in 2 to 4 weeks. Wish me luck.

Still waiting on one last LOR, which should be there any day now. KU and Southwestern apps still considered incomplete until that shows up.
Still waiting to hear from OU, which was the first app I sent out, and has been complete since 1/5. Crossing my fingers since it's my first choice.
Status checker at Davis and Santa Clara says my materials are being processed and in committee, respectively.
We'll see who answers first...
Also still working on my last couple apps. I took a couple days off from writing personal statements, but I'm going to finish my last apps over the three-day weekend.
