UCLA waitlist

Just got waitlisted at UCLA today. Seems pretty early to get waitlisted compared to previous years. I wonder what that means.
Just got Berkeley deferral email today. UCLA and USC are the ones I am really want. Anyone have an input on what my chances might be?
