Thanks, all! Cornell's status checker stays at complete but the date will change. I went UR1 on 1/24; UR2 on 2/11; UR3 2/17; and UR4 2/18. I got the notification via email this afternoon. My status checker also updated to "Congrats! You're in!"
Props on the username--gotta love Allen v. Neptune. Congrats on Vandy. Good luck with the other apps!
