Average to below average softs. Average to below average PS. Wrote a diversity statement. Had a good upward GPA trend and wrote an addendum for that.

LSATs: 163 (June 09), 171 (Sep 09). Wrote an addendum basically that I had been practicing at 175 before the June test and it was an off day.

Aug 21: Orientation is over here at Duke and classes start Monday. I like it a lot so far. Apparently Michigan and Chicago both admitted no one off of the wait list this year. It was a brutal cycle but I'm happy to be here.
Apr. 29: Waitlisted at Northwestern. Not a bad result since I have no WE. We'll see what happens.
Apr. 27: Waitlisted at Chicago and NYU on the same day. How is it possible to get waitlisted at every school ranked between 4 and 18 except for Duke, Texas, and Berk?
Apr. 26: Sent my deposit to Duke. Unless I manage to get Chicago or Columbia, I will be in Durham in the fall. It's been a terrible cycle but I'm not upset with this result. I loved the school and the people and NC is warm. :)
Apr. 24: Waitlist via snail mail from Cornell. Unbelievable. After the inevitable NU/NYU/Chicago waitlists/dings I'm going to end my cycle having applied to 15 schools and gotten into two.
Apr. 13: Ding e-mail from JR. I find it very difficult to even remotely care. :p
Apr. 4: Waitlist e-mail from Dean Z. What a disaster this cycle has been. I think UT will end up having been my last acceptance.
Apr. 3: Waitlisted via e-mail at UCLA. Probably going to withdraw.
Mar. 25: Hello from Durham, NC! Duke ASW tomorrow, should be interesting. This is probably where I'm going to end up and I like the area so far. Oh, and held at Northwestern today via status checker.
Mar. 22: Stanford ding via snail mail. Funny how the first two schools to reject me were the ones I wanted the most.
Mar. 11: Rejected at the only school I really wanted. Looks like I'm taking the June LSAT... My cycle is quickly turning into a disaster.
Mar. 9: Waitlisted at UVa. Withdrawing, I like Duke more anyways. Also waitlisted at USC, withdrawn.
Mar. 6: Reserve at Columbia via snail mail. Not a bad result for me, If I don't get into Berkeley I'll probably take the June LSAT in a bid to crack CCN
Feb. 26: In at UT-Austin! Let's see if they'll throw some $$$ my way
Feb. 18: FR e-mail at Berk. Looks like I'm on life support.
Jan. 23: In at Duke via PT!!! Can't believe it!

Will post numbers after cycle is over... suffice to say that I should be competitive numbers-wise to varying degrees at every school on this list other than Harvard and Stanford.

Columbia also a long shot, probably destined for WL or rejection at NYU and Chicago, too.
Berkeley is my dream school but I know it's not going to happen
