Additional info & updates

12/2 - Put on hold via e-mail at Pitt. Still hopeful, better than being waitlisted.

12/3 - Rejected at Minnesota via mail. Not too surprised, but was hopeful because I got a fee waiver.

12/15 - Waitlisted at Cincinnati via mail. Not sure if I care that much.

1/9 - Put on hold at Illinois via e-mail. Thinking that if i am borderline at a school this good I should be good for some lower ranked tier 1s.

1/14 - Rejected at Albany Law via mail. This one hurts. Starting to get nervous that my LSAT and work experience isn't going to make up for my GPA.

1/15 - Accepted at Quinnipiac via e-mail. Feels good to get that first acceptance. Letter with $22,000 per year scholarship came a few days later.

1/17 - Accepted at Seton Hall Law via mail. Really excited.

1/20 - Accepted at DePaul via mail with $8,000 per year scholarship offer. Put on hold at Cardozo via email. Feel like they are starting to roll in now.

3/6 - Accepted at Rutgers-Newark via email. Will likely put down my deposit here and stay on a few waitlists. I would definitely be happy to go here, so I feel like any other offers are gravy.

4/29 - Accepted off waitlist to Pitt via phone call from admissions director. Only have 1 week to decide. Taking friday off from work and going out there to check it out.

5/5 - Called Pitt and said yes! Having sent out the majority of applications (including this one) in September, it is definitely nice to be in at one of my number one choices, and know what I am doing next year, after what seems like an eternity of uncertainty. Good luck everyone!
