No special activites while in school, but worked throughout undergrad. Out of school for several years, good work experience, upward trend in grades. I think my app shows maturity.

Even though I am waitlisted, my first choice in schools is and will remain UVA. My second choice right now is Washington and Lee because my wife wants to go to nursing school and there is a good program in the community that she could probably get into, but that may change. No scholarship offers yet, and that will be a big factor for me. I got out of undergrad with no debt and don't want a huge debt when I graduate from law school. Texas and UVA are probably the only pricey schools I would attend with no scholarship. If no scholarships come in, my in-state schools, FSU and Florida will move up in my rankings. Notre Dame is probably last on my list. I was interested but after further investigation just don't think I would like it there

This is the third LSN account I have created. The first, Mikethebear, never really worked. After creation it wouldn't let me log in. The second, Mikeybear, worked long enough to list some schools I applied to and my first couple of admits, but now it won't let me log in. My repeated requests for help to the webmaster have gone unanswered. Now I find myself starting over a third time and don't want to reinsert all the data only to see it wasted again. So the dates are not exactly accurate. For the record all of my apps were in prior to December 2 and most were in around November 20, 2009. In December I was admitted to FSU and in the week of January 17 to 21 I was admitted to Washington and Lee and to Washington in St. Louis. I applied early decision to UVA and promptly got waitlisted in December. Boulder waitlisted me in mid-January. I will try to insert this and other information if they ever get this system working right again. My brother used LSN a couple of years ago and did not have any of these problems. I think it has a new owner. I would appreciate recommendations for better more functional sites. Thanks.
