Active Duty Army (enlisted) for the past nine years.
Finished 90 credits before enlisting and didn't maintain a high GPA. Finished my last 30 credits toward B.S. (while active duty) much more focused on academic success, thus the much higher degree GPA.

I'm married with 3 children which may or may not have some impact on admissions decisions. This came across in at least 2 of my 3 LOR's but wasn't annotated in any other piece of my app. Just thought I'd share in case it's helpful to others in any way.

3 letters of rec - 1 academic and 2 professional.

Additional info & updates

First generation college student.

11/4 - SLU App "In Review"

11/9 - Iowa App "In Review"

11/18 - Indiana App "In Review"

12/2 - American status checker changed the status date, but the status itself seemingly didn't. It says "Application Complete" which I'm 75% sure is what it has said since 10/31. Perhaps the date change means it's now under review.

1/17 - Illinois App finally "In Review"

Good luck to you as well. My SLU app has been "in review" since 4 Nov. Hoping for an answer pretty soon on that one.
