ADDITIONAL INFO & UPDATES

6/4 I'm going to GW. Now I just have to find someplace to live. Hopefully my man on the ground can help with that.

5/2 Whoa, just got 30k a year from GW. Have to decide by May 7.

4/17 Out at Cornell as well. Yeah Wash U!

4/16 Out at Georgetown via email.

4/10 Scholarship increase at Wash U-from 20 to24K/yr. There was a typo in their first letter and they promised me 72K/yr. I should have held them to it. Ha!

3/23 Waitlisted at William and Mary. Now I'm just waiting on Georgetown and Cornell, and on possible scholarship increase at Wash U.

3/12 Oh no! Out at Michigan and Virginia in the same day. You're killing me, Monday.

3/7 Nice! In at Emory with a good scholarship.

3/2 Good news- got accepted at BU. Bad news- got rejected at Northwestern.

2/28 Nooo!!! UCLA Waitlist ruins my perfect record. I will get back to them right away. I'm not out of this one yet.

2/20 Just got back from an awesome visit to W&L. If you are thinking about going to an admissions weekend, stop thinking and just go. The whole weekend was great, and when my flight out yesterday got cancelled, they even paid for a hotel room for me by the airport. Also, found out I got into Illinois with a 25% scholarship.

2/14 Got into Fordham today. Waiting for my letter to come in a couple of days...maybe with some money attached?

2/10 Wow, great scholarship from Minnesota, AND they are going to pay for me to visit. Sweet! And just got my award from WUSTL as well. This is a pretty good day.

2/7 Just got a call from Minnesota admissions- I'm in! Yeah!

2/4 Just got in to GW, with a nice note from the admissions dean. Plus got some nice stuff from Wash U. and from SLU.

1/31 Just got back from hanging out with a friend at Wash U. to find out I've been accepted there. Nice! Scholarship info soon.

1/26 Just got a very nice scholarship to Washington and Lee.

1/23 Just got into SLU with a great scholarship and the opportunity to compete for a full ride. Cool! Better start warming up my essay writing muscles.

1/19 Just got into Washington and Lee! I'm impressed with how quickly they got through my application- they must be really organized. Get to hear about scholarships on the 23rd! Now I'd better plan my visit! I'm excited about the generous travel budget. I could get used to that!
