Additional info & updates

Update: 2/27
Very interesting. Yesterday, I received a $2,000/year scholarship from LSU. I know it's not for my LSAT or GPA, so they must have liked my letters and personal statement. I guess Loyola isn't going to offer anything. It's making my decision easier and easier. All I have to do is send in my seat deposits to LSU.

Update: 2/4
Received a big envelope from LSU admitting me to the program. I'm really excited about getting into LSU. It doesn't really matter anymore about money from Loyola. I will probably still go to LSU even if Loyola gave me a free ride. Great to be a Tiger for another 4 years!

Update: 1/19
Just checked Loyola's online status checker. It change today to admitted, but it says the decision was made on Jan. 13. Oh well, I'm going to law school at least!

Also, I am already admitted to both MBA programs. Fingers crossed for LSU and money from Loyola.

Primary Info:

Graduated with one degree in Management and another in Interdisciplinary Studies (Biology, Chemistry, and Leadership Development as concentrations). Also received a certificate in International Business at a school in France (1 semester).

Applying to JD/MBA program at both LSU and Loyola. LSU would be first choice because I already live near LSU, it is higher ranked in both programs, and because it is about a third of the price.

Congrats on picking LSU! I'll be there too unless Tulane throws insane amounts of money at me.

Thanks

Thanks and congratulations on choosing LSU! As a Loyola hopeful it's encouraging to see a spot open up. Good luck!
