Rutgers Camden reached out in August about a full scholarship as part of their diversity program. Applied and got accepted and deferred it to 2016

10/23/15 - Applied to Michigan State U

10/31/15 - Applied to Temple

11/8/15 - Applied to Seton Hall

11/16/15 - Phone call from assistant director of admissions at MSU informing me I was accepted with 100% faculty scholarship!

11/24/15 - Applied to BC after emailing and asking for fee waiver.

12/2/15 - Status checker says I am in at Seton Hall. I did a campus visit the next day so they saved my admission packet. Gave it to me with a full scholarship, just under $50,000 per year.

12/10/15 - Accepted into BC law. Scholarships are not announced until February.

12/21/15 - Accepted into Temple with a full scholarship!

2/17/15 - $17k/year from BC, effectively eliminating them from consideration. Pretty much down to Seton Hall and MSU at this point.
