Additional info & updates

1/5/12 - In at UCLA via phone call! Very excited to have my first response/acceptance.

1/9/12 - Got the (what appears to be somewhat common) 'no-decision-yet' email from Michigan...

1/9/12 - Based on my scouring of previous cycles' applicants, I decided to check if I could 'retrieve' a username and password for Georgetown's ASW, and lo and behold - I'M IN!! :D
- As fate would have it, my letter came in the mail the same day. It's offish.

2/1/12 - In at Penn via phone call! :D
- Well wouldn't you know, this day had to be spoiled by a "hold" at Northwestern. :/

2/7/12 - Ding at Columbia via mail. First one had to happen at some point. Not unexpected and I had no desire to go back to Morningside Heights, so, meh, but can't say it's inspiring confidence for the rest of my cycle...

2/17/12 - Ding at Berkeley via email. Knew it was coming. C'est la vie. :(

2/23/12 - In at UVA via [missed] phone call, and then email.

3/23/12 - WL at Michigan via email. Will most likely withdraw soon.

4/3/12 - Sent NYU LOCI and additional Letter of Rec. Crossing my fingers...

4/11/12 - WL at NYU via email. Will definitely be riding it out, but otherwise it looks like it's Penn for me come August.

7/20/12 - IN at NYU via ASW. After multiple LOCI's, and a visit to the admissions office, it was all worth the wait. :D

Hey! Near exact same cycle here! (though I'm lazy with LSN)! Good luck on NYU and Michigan!

Still waiting from NYU, though even if I get in, it's probably going to be Penn
