Some of my dates are approximated, since I hadn't updated this for a few months.
Received a nice scholarship from NU, which I used to get my scholarship from Michigan increased (they met me about half-way).
I did not do any negotiating on my scholarships from Duke or Cornell.

A number of things, and I gather that Dean Zearfoss sends this email every year to people who apply before December. Mainly that they don't begin their review process until later, that they are busy with recruitment, or that sometimes they just like feel a need to take time with certain applicants. Nothing too specific, really!
