I've been very lucky this admissions cycle. I applied very late (sent off my first application in mid-January).

For any of us borderline/late-cycle-applicants out there, it can be done! Whatever others say about the importance of applying early, the most important thing is to apply when you are ready. For next year's applicants: put your best foot forward and good luck!
