Extra Curricular Information

Choked both times on the LSAT, was planning on low 160s based off of practice tests. Still applied to most of the I was planning on, hopefully I will land a hail mary at one of them.

Essays very strong. Unique story.

Additional info & updates

2/7- In at Whittier. This was first place I heard back from. Gave me some money so maybe I can get into some better options but have this as a fall back plan.

Last week- Waitlist at Chapman. Pretty bummed, feel like I should have gotten in with no waitlist especially from doing undergrad there.

2/28- Waitlist from USF. Not the end of the world. Have a feeling waitlists are best case scenario with my LSAT and hopefully I'll get in somewhere off of a waitlist

I can't believe Chapman waitlisted you and didn't accept you right away.

yeah I am pretty bummed about that. My essays are great with professional editing, and i attended Chapman for undergrad. I have a letter of rec from a professor that now teaches at the actual law school. Real kick in the balls, I don't know I was fairly confident for them even with a not great LSAT

I say go for Univ. of San Diego. It's ranked so much higher than others.

Hey just wanted to let you know I responded to your question regarding Loyola and Pepperdine on my page :) Looks like we both had the same splitting issue of high GPAs, great personal statements, and low LSATs... damn numbers game..
