I applied to UGA in November and I didn't find out about being waitlisted until April so don't sweat the long term wait. My choice was going to Mercer before getting into UGA, which I just recently found out about.
Was your online status changed to read "waitlisted" or did you need to call the office of admissions? My online status hasn't changed in almost 6 weeks and I'm getting a little nervous...
