Hey, I saw you commented on my profile and that we have similar numbers and have been out of UG for awhile. What schools are at the top of your list?

Northeastern is at the top b/c I really like its program. I will be slightly crushed if I don't get in. Other than that I'm trying not to get too set on schools, I'd rather get excited for one that I know I'm in at to than be hung up on a top choice I got rejected from. I just got into Cinci today though, and the in-state tuition is REALLY compelling. Will def have to visit there soon.

Would you go there even if they don't offer you any money?

Definitely not. So chances are I won't go, since I got deferred. In the end it's all good, I've gotten really excited about my acceptance to Case, hopefully they'll throw some money my way. I can't go to any school without money, so it'll pretty much just go to the highest bidder!

Scratch that about Northeastern. I've been doing research about LRAPs and the federal public service loan forgiveness program, and I think that with my committment to public interest work it would be feasible for me to pay sticker. We'll see though.
