I live in Tennessee, so in-state was automatic there. I qualify in-state at UGA because I grew up there and my parents have lived there for the last 40 years; I live just over the border and consider Georgia to be my home state. I got my UGA acceptance and scholarship offer simultaneously via email, but I think I've heard of others not receiving scholly info until their physical mailing comes.
