06/29/11 Will not be going to law school. Going to follow my dream of becoming a doctor. At least, I will know that I have a guaranteed job coming out unlike law school. Good luck to all still considering law school.

06/20/11 Got a higher scholarship from McG. This pretty much decides that I will be attending McG unless I get into USD in the next week.

06/01/11 Got accepted into the part-time program at USF, but I declined the offer. I know that I want to attend law school full time only. I do not have a decent full time job lined up, and it would just make things harder on me to go part-time. Still staying on their wait list for full time, and hoping it works out.

05/12/11 Oh, the joy of getting wait listed. Got WL'd at SCU today. I hope I get off at least one of these wait lists. SCU, USD or USF. USF seems more likely than the others. Seattle is starting to sound more appealing now. I am going to have to pick between Seattle and McG by June 1st and then go from there.

04/22/11 Got rejected from Hastings today. Not surprised. Hoping to get off waitlist for USF. I would save money by commuting from home if I got into USF. Withdrew from Chicago-Kent today as well. I decided that Seattle is probably as far as I am willing to move.

04/07/11 Decided to throw an app at Chapman because they sent me a fee waiver. Never really looked at this school. Wish I had done so earlier because they are in the region I would not mind practicing in. Very worried about employment stats of CA schools in the lower second tier. I have my SO in San Diego and my life is going to get very tough if I don't get admitted to USD off the waitlist or get into Chapman with a decent scholly.

04/04/11 Waitlisted at USD today. I will to anything and everything in my power to try to get into this school. Applied ED, so really hoping that should help me when they select people off the waitlist.

03/29/11 Rejected from UC Irvine on Saturday. Saw that one coming. Hurry up SCU and USD!

03/07/11 Same LSAT score again. Oh well, onto law school. Really sucks that I am still waiting to hear from numerous schools. Hoping for an acceptance from Santa Clara. UOP is looking like the best choice so far, but I might have to visit some of these schools. Sent out a few hail marys in late February just in case I did better on the LSAT, which did not happen. Who knows? May be an admissions official might be feeling really good one day and decide to let me in. LOL. So far, my cycle has gone pretty much like LSP predicted. I did get waitlisted at Kent and U of Miami when I was a weak consider at these. I got in off the waitlist recently at U of Miami. Without scholly help, I can't see myself leaving CA to go to the U. I was surprised about being WL'd at USF though. Considering I got a pretty decent scholly from UOP, I thought I would be admitted there. It's most likely because they average LSAT scores. Maybe my new 157 will let them know that the 157 was not a fluke. Hoping to get in off the waitlist at USF. These next few weeks are going to be looong!

03/01/11 Got into U of Miami today after being placed on hold. I wonder if they received my LSAT score from the Feb test before me. Happy about this, but without any scholarship money, it will be a tough choice to make. Hoping for a 160 LSAT score this Friday to increase my options.

12/07/11 Wait listed at USF today via snail mail. Bummed about this, but will be re-taking LSAT this weekend to try to get off a few wait lists. Hoping for a 160 or higher. I mean, I will score a 160 or higher !

02/04/11 Got accepted to Seattle U today. I am very happy. Got decision rendered via status checker for USF, but don't know it is a waitlist or admittance. I will be taking the Feb LSAT and getting into these schools has taken a load off my shoulders. Hopefully, this will result in a better score. Hoping for 163 or higher.

12/10/10 Got accepted to McGeorge. I am happy about my first acceptance, but I need to know from USD ASAP

12/02/10 Wish this process would have started with an acceptance instead of a rejection. W&L was a long-shot anyways. Hoping that the next news I hear from a school will be good news.
