1/21/11 - Waitlisted at Penn and on hold at Harvard on the same day.... weird? WIthdrawing from Penn - don't want to go there badly enough to wait for the summer, given where I'm already in

1/24/11 - Withdrew apps from Michigan, Virginia, and UCLA. Just don't think I could justify going any of those places over both NYU and Chicago. Waiting on fewer schools now, so maybe this will make it less stressful.... or not

2/2/11 - Held at Columbia. Sigh...

2/12/11 - First rejection today. Oh well, I never had much hope for Yale.

2/17/11 - Second rejection (Berkeley), although also got the "decision letter sent" from Stanford so a third likely on the way. I suppose rejected now is better than rejected in April...

2/19/11 - It's official from Stanford.
