1/4/10 -- Just got a call from Cardozo! First acceptance!
1/12/10 -- Checked my Fordham status checker. Rejected. Womp womp.
1/20/10 -- Letter from BC Law offering me a spot on their wait list. I will take it, thank you.
1/26/10 -- Before I started getting decisions, I remember thinking that I would be in wait list city. And here I am. WL at GW.
1/27/10 -- And the wait lists continue today with an email from American. I think I will probably withdraw from this one.
1/29/10 -- The wait lists continued this morning with an email from UIUC but later I got an acceptance packet from Lewis and Clark in the mail.
1/30/10 -- Another acceptance in the mail today from U of O. This one came with a $5,000 scholarship, which is renewable annually.
2/6/10 -- On the wait list at UConn. Guh. I'm getting tired of these. Oh well, it's better than a rejection.
2/10/10 -- Another wait list, this one at UVA. I know it's difficult to get off their wait list because it's usually HUGE, but I'm surprised I wasn't rejected outright.
2/16/10 -- Accepted at Washington and Lee! I'm really excited about this one!
2/18/10 -- Rejected via e-mail by Berkeley. No surprise, no heart break.
2/19/10 -- Two rejections in a row, this one from Boston University. I feel like this is okay; I didn't expect to get in, and getting the acceptance from Washington and Lee earlier this week pads the blow.
4/4/10 -- Rejected by UW yesterday, via US Mail. It's okay. I was visiting W&L at the same time, and it only made my decision to attend even easier. I'll be in Lexington this fall, I think. Now it's time to send out a few waitlist withdrawals.
4/5/10 -- Just sent my deposit in to Washington and Lee and withdrew from my other acceptances as well as most of my wait lists. I left the UVA wait list open just in case hell freezes over and I get in for some reason. But for now, I'm fully expecting to be in Lexington this fall. Good luck to everyone else. I hope my scholarship money at LC and UO goes to someone deserving!
