Harvard: my softs are weak and a less than great interview sinked me. She was not thrilled when I mentioned how amazing TLS is and she actively disputed the point. Just a heads up.

UChi: At the time, I thought my GPA put me out of the running for a full ride so I didn't prepare as I should have as I would take NYU over UChi. In retrospect, full rides have been given to people with my GPA so damn. That was stupid. Also, I literally was in a McDonald's parking lot for the interview. But with good reason and she understood.

All the waitlist: Combination of not writing Why X? essays and not wanting to give scholarship money to someone with my softs is my thinking.

Your WLs at Duke and Northwestern are shocking!

For Northwestern, did they specifically use the word "waitlisted" or "held" in your decision letter?

Um

Nah, I'm good. I am very proud of what I've done with myself so far even if it isn't exactly what law schools look for in an applicant. Plus my numbers have bought me absolutely amazing opportunities anyways.

Your cycle makes no sense to me.

Heading to NYU?

It looks like you are going to NYU. Is that the case?
