i have a very similar gpa. georgetown is currently my number one. could you please email me your resume and personal statement? i just really want to know how you managed to get in. i'll be applying next year. currently a senior. i appreciate the help. thanks.

I'm super suprised, and ecstatic, that I got accepted to Georgetown. Reed, where I went to undergrad, has an incredibly difficult grading system--on average, only one student every four years graduates with a 4.0, so I'm guessing that on that scale my low gpa looked better than it otherwise would have. Or perhaps it was because I did signifcantly better my last two years, averaging a 3.5? Who knows. I'm just super happy. I'll email you my statement and resume.
