Additional info & updates

Will try to update this as much as possible. Always enjoy reading up on if people who have had scores close to me heard back from certain schools etc. I was very late into the law scene so I am not your typical student. I was a Sports Marketing Major and took a Sports Law class that really interested me. Now I find myself here improving on scores every day. I'm going to see what I can do this semester because I have been successful with a network marketing business already and want to tackle both of these tasks at the same time. Feel free to message me with any questions. Good luck everyone.

1/22- Few PA applications done, probably will be sent out on Friday. Other schools will be sent out on the 31st while I touch up my personal statement for all of them.

1/27 - Sent out my first wave of applications to many of the local schools. 7 to be exact.
Temple
Rutgers (Camden)
Villanova
Drexel
Widener
Penn State
Regent
Had the same problem as many people with Regent. They promise a fee waiver and when I go to apply the fee is still there. Typically this wouldn't bother me but last cycle I spoke personally with Dean Brauch on multiple occasions and even got offered an additional last minute scholarship. I told them I wanted to increase my scores. It just bothers me that I go from speaking to a Dean on the personal level to having the same problem with fee waivers as the typical first time applicants. I will continue with many school applications. Mostly Florida schools, Marquette because of their sports program and also a few California schools.

Hearing back from first wave of schools:
Widener - Accepted with $16,000 scholarship. Awesome number to start with since I was accepted there last year but didn't have a scholarship offer. Hopefully a sign of good things to come since I pulled my LSAT up some.

Regent - Accepted with same scholarship offer as last year. Very upset since I talked to the dean so much and had an additional late scholarship offer last year. I'm expecting another late offer but it will need to be more than last year to be in consideration.

Stetson: Super quick response that I wasn't expecting since this was the last school that I applied to (about a week after the others). Accepted with financially information in the mail. My fingers are crossed.

Temple: Rejected via status checker. My first choice so hurts a bit. Was hoping for waitlist and maybe even switching to part time but ultimately this is what I expected.
