12/1 - In at Duke!! Excited to finally be accepted somewhere. A good start to Dec. hopefully it continues

12/2 - Call from Dean Tom at Berkeley... Almost passed-out mid-call... WAY TOO EXCITING

12/3 - Letter in the Mail from GULC... nice handwritten note - very exciting

12/8 - Call from Dean of UCLA - super excited merit-based scholarship!

12/8 - Call from UT Dean - she was so nice... said scholarship offer and acceptance packet are on the way - AWESOME!

12/8 - Giant purple letter in the mail... THANKS NYU!

12/10 - Huge box in the mail from VANDY... Very informative and well presented packet - Nashville seems like a sweet town

12/14 - Call this morning from the assoc. dean of admissions at Penn Law... great way to start the week!

12/24 - Email from Michigan congratulating me on acceptance... Christmas comes early

1/16 - Got back to school to see good news from Texas (scholly info), USC, Cornell, and Emory

1/22 - Found a letter at the bottom of the junk-mail pile from Dean Z - offered a 22,500/year scholly @ Michigan - Excellent!

1/25 - Acceptance email from WashU

1/25 - Infamous pooh-colored envelope from Columbia - Awesome... very excited!

2/2 - Thin white envelope from Yale... looks like it will be my last correspondence from Yale, not too broken up though

2/5 - Call from UChicago - back on the right track... very excited about this acceptance!

2/18 - First news in a long time - offered 25k/yr at Duke, ah Raleigh

2/23 - FinAid email from Chicago - 20k/yr --> surprised and VERY exicted

2/26 - full money offer from WUSTL (the 6 figures looks really nice)

3/4 - Levy from Penn, shocked and amazed, definitely going to the ASW now!

3/10 - WL at UVa --> just further convinces me that YP does exist, I actually would have liked to go there

3/10 - Accepted with 135k @ NW, assuming I defer for a year

4/5 - Offer of $25k in grants from Columbia over three years

4/6 - Offer of $25k from NYU over 3 yrs

4/16 - WL letter in the mail from Stanford... and then there was one

4/19 - WL email from JR at Harvard...

Update: My cycle's officially over, unless I somehow get off of the H waitlist between now and UChicago's deposit deadline, I'm UChicago bound - it sure was a helluva ride

5/24 - After 6 weeks of being sure of my fate... I just got my JR2 from Harvard... back to the drawing board - could not be luckier to have this decision on my plate!

The only schools I have still in the race are Harvard and UChicago... I withdrew from the rest when I deposited at Chicago (as I was contractually obligated to do)... I just didn't think it was necessary to write those all down... Thanks and sorry for your concern
