upward trend in my GPA since freshman year - started as a 2.7 and now it's up to a 3.15.

made the poor decision not to take a final exam while studying abroad and subsequently failed the course, so we'll see how that affects my prospects.

02-01-2006: Received an e-mail from Anne Richards notifying me that she tried to reach me by phone to tell me that I've been accepted to George Mason.

02-06-2006: Received the big envelope from George Mason.

02-06-2006: Applied to GW & Fordham on advice that I was crazy for not doing so. I'm in before the official deadline, but I suspect I'm still too late to have a realistic shot. We'll see....
