12/10/09 - In at Texas via phone call! Hook 'em!

12/14/09 - Status at Georgetown changed to "Decision Rendered." Now the waiting.

12/18/09 - In at Minnesota via phone call! Go Golden Gophers!
Scholarship offer from Texas - In-State Tuition plus Dean's Excellence Scholarship!
In at Georgetown via snail mail!

12/19/09 - Accepted to NYU by the big purple envelope! I totally did not expect to hear so fast. It has been an amazing two days!

12/26/09 - Scholarship offer from Minnesota.

1/8/10 - Email for JR1 from Harvard. Unbelievably nervous and excited!

1/11/10 - Email from Berkeley sending me to committee review.

1/12/10 - In at UPenn via phone call!

1/13/10 - Email from Columbia requesting my fall semester grades.
JR1 completed. It was only 5 minutes and 37 seconds, so I'm not optimistic.

1/25/10 - Application Under Review at Chicago. Had been "Complete" since 11/20/09.

2/5/10 - Accepted at Chicago via phone call from Dean Perry!

2/18/10 - Rejected at Berkeley via email. I'm a little surprised, but I probably wasn't going to attend anyway.

3/7/10 - "Held" at Columbia.

3/10/10 - Waitlisted at UVA via email. Is this really what I waited four months to hear?

3/15/10 - "Held" at Harvard. The work goes on, the cause endures, the hope still lives, and (hopefully) the dream shall never die.

3/19/10 - Rejected from Yale.

4/4/10 - Waitlisted at Michigan. This one really hurts.

4/15/10 - Waitlisted at Stanford.

4/21/10 - Visited Chicago. Waitlisted at Harvard and Reserve at Columbia. Time to make a decision.

4/25/10 - Heading to UPenn in the fall! It was an incredibly difficult decision between Penn and Chicago.

5/10/10 - JR2!!!!!! Off the waitlist!
