Additional info & updates

My "choice" column is based on a combination of acceptance odds + location + scholarship odds, not exactly a matter of pure preference and rankings (eg Rutgers-Camden gets a high rank because it's in-state and likely to offer a big scholarship; otherwise it would be dead last).

Listing scholarships in 3-year amounts.

Updates in order of acceptance:
Rutgers-Newark: in via email 12/1; $24K/year scholarship (basically full tuition for in-state), conditional on maintenance of 3.0 GPA.

William & Mary: in via email 12/4; $13K/year offer ($9K scholarship + $4K fellowship work) conditional on 3.0 GPA (came in mail 12/5).

Seton Hall: in via status checker 12/5.
Admissions package came in the mail 12/8; offered "Distinguished Scholarship" for unconditional full tuition!

Rutgers-Camden: in via email 12/11.
Admissions package came in the mail 12/26, offered $18K/year conditional on top 60% status (the most they'll offer). I'd only consider going there on a "full everything" kind of deal, so they're pretty much out of the running now.

USC: in via email 12/18; scholarship info sent 2/21.

Fordham: in via email 12/22.
Scholarship offer of $15K/year (fully guaranteed) via email 1/9. About what I expected, but not nearly enough to persuade me to go there.

BU: in via email 1/9; admissions package to come next week.

UW: waitlisted via email 1/23; will almost definitely end up withdrawing.

Emory: in via mail 2/7 (dated 2/1); scholarship amount is nice, but probably not enough.

Michigan: waitlisted via email 2/20. Was expecting a straight reject, so that's not bad. Probably going to withdraw regardless, as I'd likely be paying sticker if I get off the list.

Duke: rejected via email 3/16.

Put down first seat deposit at Seton Hall 3/29.
