Additional info & updates

Applied last year with a 161 late in the cycle and was accepted to Marquette, IU indy, Pitt and Ohio State. With the lack of scholarship money I chose to delay a year and see if I could do any better. On the October LSAT I got a 169 and am applying with that score. I am hoping to work in either Chicago or St. Louis upon graduation and my applications reflect this.

For anyone to have a better idea of their likelihood of scholarship money here is how the scholarships were awarded.

Kent: Initially offered 25k/year
After some negotiation got 30k/year
Had that at WashU so withdrew on April 14th

ND: Offered 22k a year
They generally refuse to negotiate and would not negotiate with me.
Withdrew on April 14th

Illinois: Offered Half-tuition(instate)
Never negotiated after they dropped in the rankings
Withdrew on April 14th

Loyola: Offered 30k/year
Withdrew April 14th

WUSTL: Offered 28k/year
Negotiated it to 30k/year following the Loyola and Kent scholarships of 30k/year
Then through more negotiation got it up to 35k/year in early June.
Then on June 12 they informed me they had more scholarship money available and gave me a full-tuition scholarship. This was likely due to the second deposit deadline being in June for most schools and there was much movement on waitlists this year.
