Additional info & updates

After getting all my results this cycle, I've decided not to attend law school yet. Gonna take 1-2 years off, get some work experience, and try to get my LSAT above 170.

2nd LSAT attempt in June 2016, 163. Ugh

Not a bad run so far! What are your top choices? How long did it typically take to hear back from each of your schools?

Thanks, it's been as good as I can hope for with my shit GPA. Some schools got back to me instantly, Arizona accepted me in 5 days. The most interesting is Georgetown, which accepted me after 2 weeks of review. Astoundingly, Maryland took 3 months to accept me. My top choices are still Michigan/Cornell, and I think I'm gonna ride out the waitlists at those schools for as long as possible. Definitely still considering Georgetown, Vandy, WashU, and W&M. Northwestern could throw a wrench into things. It all comes down to money, I don't want to overpay to attend.

Question for you-How did you find out from UofA? Did they send a letter or an email? I only ask because my status checker updated to decision letter sent and I haven't received any correspondence at all and its been a week.

I first found out through email.
