3/14: Accepted to first school via phone call! U of Idaho with large scholarship

3/15: Accepted to U of Kansas with Oread Scholarship! Received phone call followed by email

3/21: Accepted to U of Colorado - Boulder via email. Appears I was offered highest scholarship they're awarding this cycle

3/22: Accepted to McGeorge... mostly. Says Accepted on status checker but will have to wait for mailed admissions packet for details

3/28: Received packet from McGeorge in mail. Offered Anthony M. Kennedy Fellow

3/29: Accepted to Davis via email! Said any scholarship info will arrive in 2 - 5 business days

3/30: Accepted to U of Minnesota via status checker! Received Academic Excellence scholarship. Also received phone call congratulating admittance (didn't talk about specifics or scholarship)

4/1: Accepted to U of Alabama via phone call! Offered a scholarship package that will be very hard to turn down

4/1: Heard from Davis about money - not as much as I was hoping for

4/5: I'm mildly concerned that I haven't heard from USD yet... People with similar numbers heard in a week, at most two. Might send them a polite email tomorrow as their are certainly a contender for me pending scholarships

4/13: Accepted to UC Hastings via email! Not enough scholarship for me so will withdraw soon

4/14: Got a very strange email from USD... Will be having a call with them regarding my decision later this week

4/17: So.... USD, and I believe many other schools, are having more students accept their admittance than expected. Although I am *sort of* accepted, any scholarship info wouldn't come until mid-May

4/19: Both Colorado and Davis raised my scholarship offers through negotiation! Don't be afraid to give it a shot if you're passionate about a school and/or have competitive offers from other schools

4/19: Colorado just offered me a $3,000 fellowship for social justice work or research my first summer. They may go back on my contenders list. Waitlist email from UCLA. I will not accept offer of waitlist.
