Additional info & updates

6/2: Got a call from Loyola saying I'm accepted off the waitlist, and I'm accepting their seat offer! Loyola here I come!

4/24: Well Suffolk dropped to 4th tier on the new rankings, and I wouldn't have applied there if they were a 4th tier last year. I have my first deposit in there, but I'm really hoping some of my waitlists come through. Unfortunately, the rankings DO matter and I have to consider them.

4/2: Received a $20,000/year Trustee Academic Scholarship from Suffolk.

4/1: I sent my first deposit to Suffolk so they can hold my seat for now. I'm going to wait another month or two and see what happens with the waitlists before I make my final decision.

I received an email from Dean Ellis telling me I had been given a trustee scholarship, and the letter with how much it was came in a few days later. Good luck! I am really excited about the potential of going to Suffolk, but like you I am waitlisted at IU-I and I would go there over Suffolk because it is so close to my family.
