1/8- Still have another 7 or so (safer schools) to apply to and use a couple more fee waivers. I hope I get into some T-14s or the T-20.

1/9 - Need to do USC and possibly Tulane. Where else should I apply?

1/13 - Keep getting fee waivers to schools I was considering. Awesome

1/22 - Got in UMiami, holy crap that was so fast. I don't even know if my applications are complete at other schools. Well hopefully it's a good sign of things to come

2/17 - 2/2 got into DePaul. I don't know if I am getting money from them. Probably not...

Nevermind $60000 from Depaul, cool

2/23 - In at Chicago Kent

3/20 - First rejection from Columbia. Bummer.

3/24 - Rejected at Northwestern. This one hurts the most. It was definitely my best shot and where I wanted to be..

3/26- Rejected G'town. ugh.

3/30 - Waitlisted at Duke (excellent)

4/30 - great. just great.

5/9 - It's over.

Final update 9/19/09 - After much consideration, I decided not to go to Law School, what a ton of work for nothing. It seems like b-school is better for my interests. Goolduck to everyone out there. After all this, I truly believe it's a numbers game for law school. My essays were fantastic and I don't know if it made a difference for anything.

Why did you apply to Depaul and IIT but not Loyola? Loyola is the only chicago school I applied to... do u know something I don't?? :)
