02/23 - In at Washington University via email.

02/25 - Rejected at Berkeley and Georgetown via email in the same day. Fail.

03/01 - Waitlisted at Minnesota via email. Only applied b/c of the fee waiver, so not too upset. Also, in at Northeastern w/ Dean's Scholarship. Acceptance came in small, white envelope.

03/08 - In at George Mason via phone call from Director of Admissions.

hey, yeah, no at berkeley, decision made at American on the 29th, decision made at UF, and under review in a few places. how bout you? any news yet?

Thank you for the congrats! As to W&M, I am not sure how much the optional essay played into their decision, especially since I heard back from them so quickly. However, I did write an optional essay for each school that asked for one just to be on the safe side. Hope that helps you, you have great numbers and I am sure you will do fine! Good luck to you as well!
