Congrats on St. Mary's. It's a great school.
Five or six of the fee waivers were CRS waivers from my LSAT score, and I got about five more that I never used because I had no intention of going to the schools. Three or four of them were from schools which I emailed and asked for a waiver, in which I included my stats and the amount of my modest graduate stipend. The rest were schools which automatically waive the fee if you apply online. The real infuriating part is that three of the schools which I emailed approved my request for a waiver the week after I applied.
